LAHORE — The U.S. Consulate General in Lahore hosted a special networking reception in connection with AAS-in-Asia 2026, bringing together American academics, international scholars, and Pakistani higher education leaders to reinforce bilateral academic ties.
Public Affairs Officer Torrey Goad welcomed visiting U.S. professors, executive leadership from the Association for Asian Studies (AAS), representatives from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and prominent faculty members from institutions across Lahore and Punjab.
