KATHMANDU — Pakistan's newly designated Ambassador to Nepal officially presented their Letter of Credence to the Right Honorable President of Nepal at the Office of the President in Kathmandu.

During the official ceremony, the Pakistani envoy conveyed warm greetings and best wishes from the leadership and people of Pakistan to the Nepalese Head of State, reaffirming Islamabad's commitment to further cementing the long-standing bilateral relations between the two nations.

Strengthening Bilateral Bonds and Bilateral Engagement

The Ambassador expressed full readiness to work closely with the Nepalese government to expand mutual cooperation across key sectors, including trade, culture, education, and regional diplomacy.

Key focus areas highlighted during the diplomatic engagement include:

• Diplomatic & Regional Cooperation: Strengthening bilateral coordination and mutual support within regional and international forums.

• Economic & Commercial Ties: Exploring untapped potential in trade, tourism, and economic partnership between Pakistan and Nepal.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs both welcomed the official assumption of duties, signaling a continued shared drive to deepen the enduring friendship between the two South Asian neighbors.
