During an initial briefing, Foreign Secretary Rai updated the Minister on the Ministry's current operations and strategic priorities. In response, Shisir Khanal issued a clear directive to the MoFA team:
Innovative Approach: Move beyond traditional methods to meet modern diplomatic challenges.
Impactful Delivery: Ensure that the Ministry’s work directly reflects the aspirations and needs of the Nepali people.
