SEOUL, South Korea — The Chairman of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), Syed Qamar Raza, received a warm welcome during an official visit to the central office and Business Community Center of the Pakistan Business Association (PBA) Korea. During the visit, Mian Muhammad Shakeel, head of the PBA Central Executive Council, provided a comprehensive briefing to the Chairman.
