VC Prof. Dr. Qamar-uz-Zaman Commends University Directors
Prof. Dr. Qamar-uz-Zaman, Vice Chancellor of Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, formally congratulated senior university officials on performing Umrah during a ceremony held at the campus this week.
