In a bid to cultivate a vibrant campus atmosphere and promote student engagement, Rawalpindi Women University recently organized its annual funfair. This lively event brought together various university departments, allowing them to showcase their creativity and culinary skills.
Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal, the Vice Chancellor of Rawalpindi Women University, inaugurated the event, which aimed to provide students with a platform for leisure and recreation. Dr. Kamal emphasized the importance of extracurricular activities in a student’s holistic development.
The funfair featured a diverse range of activities, including food stalls from different departments, cultural and magic shows, carriages, horse rides, swings, and art and craft stalls. Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal personally visited the event, commending the organizers for their efforts and expressing satisfaction with the students’ enthusiasm and active participation.
“We are delighted to witness the vibrant energy and involvement of our students in this year’s funfair. It serves as a testament to the importance of creating opportunities for students to unwind and explore their diverse interests beyond academics,” remarked Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal.
