President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, met with Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, on the sidelines of the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) held in Khankendi, Azerbaijan.
The two leaders held a constructive discussion focused on strengthening the longstanding and brotherly relations between Türkiye and Pakistan. Key topics included enhancing bilateral trade, increasing defense cooperation, and expanding collaboration in areas such as energy, infrastructure, education, and regional stability.
Both leaders reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening strategic ties and advancing regional cooperation under the ECO framework.
