The Iranian Embassy in Islamabad solemnly hosted a memorial ceremony today to honor the memory of the martyred Iranian President, Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hussain Amir Abdollahian, and their companions.

 

In a statement, Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam, expressed gratitude to the Government of Pakistan and its people for their heartfelt condolences and sympathy following the tragic martyrdom of President Raisi, FM Hussain Amirabdollahian, and others. Dr. Moghadam underscored the profound impact of their loss on the global community, emphasizing President Raisi’s unwavering commitment to the cause of freedom.

 

During the memorial address, Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam highlighted President Raisi’s tireless efforts to champion the rights of the oppressed, particularly in Gaza and Palestine. He noted that President Raisi’s legacy would continue to inspire a renewed sense of purpose and resilience among all those who strive for justice and equality.
