Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan, has expressed his profound condemnation of the recent terrorist attack at Quetta railway station. The tragic incident, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of numerous innocent civilians and members of the security forces, has deeply saddened the Ambassador, who described the attack as a “hideous act of terror against defenseless individuals.”
“The phenomenon of terrorism poses a common threat to our region,” Ambassador Amiri Moghadam stated. “Addressing this scourge demands mutual, regional, and collective cooperation to combat it effectively. This tragic event reaffirms the urgent need for nations to unite in their fight against terrorism, ensuring the safety and stability of our societies.”
Ambassador Amiri Moghadam extended his heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of Pakistan, particularly to the families who have lost loved ones. “My thoughts and prayers are with those grieving, and I pray that Allah Almighty grants peace to the souls of the deceased and strength to the families enduring this loss,” he added.
