Today, Ambassador Alfred Grannas of the Federal Republic of Germany paid a courtesy call to Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, marking a significant moment in the ongoing diplomatic dialogue between Pakistan and Germany.

 

During the meeting, Prime Minister Sharif extended his heartfelt gratitude to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz for the gracious congratulatory message on his re-election, underscoring the depth of the longstanding friendship between the two nations.

 

Highlighting the pivotal role of Germany as a strategic partner in Europe, Prime Minister Sharif reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to nurturing and strengthening bilateral ties. Furthermore, Prime Minister Sharif extended a cordial invitation to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to undertake an official visit to Pakistan at his earliest convenience, underscoring the importance of high-level engagement in solidifying bilateral relations.
