Ambassador Kistafin and Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif Seek Closer Defense Ties Between Pakistan & Kazakhstan

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Yerzhan Kistafin, and Pakistan’s Defence Minister, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, met in Islamabad to talk about making their countries’ friendship even stronger and teaming up on issues that matter to both of them.

 

During the meeting, Ambassador Kistafin talked about Kazakhstan leading an important group called the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) and mentioned some upcoming events happening there.

 

Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif said there are lots of chances for Kazakhstan and Pakistan to work together more, especially in military stuff and other important areas. Following the meeting’s conclusion, both the Ambassador and the Minister exchanged shields as a gesture of mutual appreciation and collaboration.

Their talk shows how committed both countries are to being good friends and helping each other out on things that affect them in their region and around the world. At the end, they promised to keep working closely together to find more ways to help each other and make their part of the world better for everyone.
