Kashmir Solidarity Day was commemorated in Islamabad model school for girls (VI-X) G-9/4 with a poignant prayer ceremony, emphasizing the struggle for Kashmir’s liberty. To foster confidence and exposure, budding participants from IMS (1-V) No. 1 and IMS (1-V) No. 2 were also invited to partake in the event.
The principal, Lubna Tasleem of the institution, warmly welcomed the guests and acknowledged their graceful presence on the occasion.
The enthusiastic students presented tableaus, sang kashmiri melodies, and voiced the cause of Kashmir liberty movement by insightful speeche and “Muqadame Kashmir”. Eventually, they were presented with certificates, appreciating their active participation.
School Management Committee (SMC) president, Muhammad Tauqeer, The Finance secretary, Sundas Hassan & honorary member, Sagheer Ahmed Rana also graced the occasion.
The president, smc delivered a motivational address to the students, and raised loud slogans to the wake of the Kashmir issue. The collaborative effort made the event a memorable experience.
The ceremony served as a platform to raise awareness about the Kashmir issue and promote solidarity among students. The event concluded on a hopeful note, with participants vowing to support the Kashmiri people’s quest for freedom.
