Pakistan Youth League organised the event at wahcantt where the books of defence Analyst remained under discussion
An event was held by PYL to pay tribute to Canada-based writer, poet, defense analyst and teacher Samina Tabasum.
It was presided over by poet Dr.Waheed Ahmad intellectual & former Military Accountant General while the chief guest duties were performed by Executive Director of Pakistan Research Center for Shared Future Lt. Col. (retd) Khalid Taimur Akram, President of Pakistan Youth League Wah cantt shehzada Khurram Khan warmly welcomed the guests along with the team .Gen.Secretary PYL sahibzadi Tamkanat Rauf Ameer recited the Holy Quran the Holy Quran and president student section Hafiz Ali Raza presented a beautiful Naat-e’Rasool Maqbool.
Director Literary activities Fakhra Naveed presented the introduction of Pakistan Youth League and Samina Tabasum. Acknowledging their abilities, Col.(Retd) Farrukh Mehmood Malik said that the knowledge-friendly environment of Wah Cantt has nurtured world-renowned personalities. We can maintain our identity only by protecting our cultural heritage.
Syed Misaq Ali, son of Sibat-e-Ali Saba, said that her majesty did not forget her motherland despite staying abroad for years. International tourist and traveller Muhammad Taufiq appreciated the spacious canvas of Samina Tabasim’s creations ,calling her a-dimensional writer practicing vatious Genres.
Chairman Abid Hussain said that Pakistan Youth League Volunteer Forum accompanied the educational institutions of Wah Cantt by highlighting the rare gems to the public for the last 50 years. Samina Tabasum is one of the gems who has been at the forefront of extracurricular activities through the platform of youth league from an early age.
Guest of honor Munira Qureshi said that women gained importance in our society in terms of knowledge and literature very after longtime but A woman with iron intentions like Samina has steadfastly made her name and position, the guest of honor Regional Director FGEI cantt & Garrison Col.
Syed Yasir Ali Shah expressed his emphatic thought regarding talented women,he said that women aren’t lesser genius and inferior to men in any way, If professional skills are developed along with an education, they may progress more than now.
The manner in which Samina Tabsum made her theme Pakistan’s forces is undoubtedly worthy of praise.
Chief guest Lt. Col. (retd) Khalid Taimur Akram praised the efforts of Pakistan Youth League and said that the restoration of peace & order in Pakistan and its important role in the region is the recent dialogue.The services of the Pakistan Army are unforgettable. Writers like Samina Tabasum acknowledged the services of the armed forces and wrote about the facts of the most important operations. The security of Pakistan is the responsibility of all of us, our institution.
For Shared Future is playing an important role in providing the best opportunities to Pakistani youth at the international level. Presiding Guest Dr. Waheed Ahmed said that Samina Tabasum is an ambassador of civility, knowledge . She is the asset & representative of the motherland. Samina Tabasum thanked the guests and answered the interesting questions of the participants.Shields of honor were distributed by Pakistan Youth League among the guests.
At the end, on behalf of Pakistan Youth League, Director Public Relations Amjad Mehmood and Director Management Syed Taqi Shah organized a lavish dinner.
